  The State of Libya’s murderous dictator Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi is dead and gone, killed by his own people in October 2011 after he crawled out of a filthy, sewer pipe in his hometown of Sirte and after pleading with his captors, “Don’t shoot!  What do you want?
