is "That Old Black Magic."   Johnny Mercer had no visions of the New Black Panther Party when he penned the lyrics, “That old black magic has me in its spell, that old black magic that you weave so well.”

Nor could President Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder have envisioned either those words or the NBPP since the lyrics were written almost a decade before he was born in the Bronx of a Barbadan father but Holder, nevertheless, seems under a black magic spell, more precisely under the spell of those New Black Panthers.

Having a “spell” would be a gracious and accommodating excuse accorded to Holder for what would be in a normal world much closer to a grave and impeachable offense, a dereliction of duty and responsibility for allowing a racist group to get away with serious crimes.

Fortunately for Obama and Holder, and regrettably for the rest of us, we no longer live in a normal world.

New Black Panther case   The New Black Panther Party, to be distinguished from the old Black Panthers mainly on the basis that members of the NBPP have yet to be tried and convicted of criminal activities, almost make their forebears look good, almost.

The Maoist Black Panthers, originally the Black Panther Party for Self Defense, hundreds of whom were arrested in the ’60′s during their murderous, terror rampages against whites, blacks, civilized society in general, and against “the pigs,” their pet name for the police, were led by Bobby Seale, Huey Newton and Eldridge Cleaver.

After being released from prison on a murder conviction, Newton was shot to death–by a black man.  Seale and Cleaver eventually “went establishment,” possibly to avoid a similar fate.

General Eric Holder on   Which brings us full circle, to the ideological successors of the old Black Panthers, the New Black Panther Party and its spell over AG Holder.  The NBPP may never be tried and convicted of breaking any federal laws mainly because the Holder-Obama DoJ sees them as exempt from prosecution.

There has been widespread, smoldering resentment against the attorney general for his Department of Justice’s dismissal of the open and shut case against the NBPP’s videotaped voter intimidation by uniformed, armed thugs in Philadelphia on Election Day, 2008.

That resentment was deeply exacerbated last summer when former DoJ attorney J. Christian Adams and current Justice attorney Chris Coates exposed the culture of black racism that prevailed at America’s DoJ which was reflected in its gutting of the intimidation case strictly on racial grounds.

Not surprisingly, the mainstream media largely ignored Adams’ charges and Coates’ sworn testimony to that effect, blockbuster charges and testimony substantiated by numerous others at Justice that should have brought down the attorney general, if not the entire Obama administration.

For more detail on what happened last summer, since it can’t be read in the MSM, see “The MSM, the DoJ, and the Death of Integrity,”, and similar articles in this space.

J. Christian Adams has now revealed how Holder is utilizing–pimping might be a better word–the Democrat Party’s Paper of Record, the New York Times, to push his misleading propaganda about the DoJ’s breach of duty with regard to the NBPP case and other issues.

As the Times reports, “Asked about the prospect of oversight hearings and subpoenas involving the New Black Panther case, Mr. Holder said, “there is no ‘there’ there,” adding, “The notion that this made-up controversy leads to a belief that this Justice Department is not color-blind in enforcement of civil rights laws is simply not supported by the facts.  All I have on my side with regard to that is the facts and the law.”

Adams dismisses that drivel, those poppycock fantasies as “so detached from reality that they could have been written by scheming Republican operatives for fun:”

In fact there is no fun there but contrary to Holder’s lies, there is a great deal of ” ‘there’ there,” the controversy is anything but “made up,” and Holder and the Department of Justice have distorted and undermined the facts and the law from the outset.

From the good news department is today’s related report, “White Flight,” which details the massive exodus of white people from the Democrat Party as seen in unpublished exit polls from the November Republican landslide:

It just may be that, despite the media’s valiant effort to cover up this administration’s commitment to a racially-biased interpretation and application of the law, that its shameless racism is finally resonating with the majority of Americans who are rejecting any and all black magic.
