Following his heartfelt eulogy in which he extolled a “giant of history” and while the world supposedly mourned the timely death of that giant, South Africa’s Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, America’s grieving Barack Hussein Obama sat in the stands at Johannesburg’s one-third empty FNB Stadium alongside Denmark’s PM Helle Thorning-Schmidt and Britain’s PM David Cameron snapping selfies on a mobile phone, grinning, and firting with the foxy Helle, and generally having one helluva jolly good time.

So, who said memorial services for a giant of history can’t be fun too?

Oh, yeah, Obama’s bride, Lady Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama, was there as well, seated on the president’s left and alternately looking annoyed, disinterested, and generally pissed.
