I recently came across an outrageous article.

Excerpts from “Christians Mock Gays at Shocking Easter Service:”  ”Thousands of Christians gathered for an outdoor Easter Sunday service in San Francisco to publicly mock gays and humiliate gay heroes.  The flagrant attack, which included skits, obscenities and impersonations satirizing gays and gay stereotypes, sent shockwaves of outrage and disgust throughout the region and across the nation.  This report features photo and video documentation of the free public Easter service, which was attended by a majority of Christians in the city, who laughed at and insulted gays and the homosexual community.”

What follows is a series of pictures, one more disgusting than the next.

One was captioned, “Thousands of Christians make fun of gay stereotypes by dressing up as gays in Mission Dolores Park as they watch an anti-gay religious service and performance,” another showed “One of the Christian performers [parading] around nude on stage, in an attempt to make gays look bad,” a third depicted “Another Christian [satirizing] gay behavior by standing on his head and displaying his anus to the crowd.”

None of the above is real although the pictures are all too real as are the captions.  They are all disturbing examples of gay bashing, more precisely, bashing by and not bashing of, homosexuals.

The photos and the accompanying video show a demonstration staged on Easter morning in San Francisco’s Mission Dolores Park, “But it was gays mocking Christians and it involved thousands of people laughing at the Christian ‘hero,’ Jesus.”

And they don’t simply laugh.  They so exceed the bounds of normality that they would be banned in a civilized society as a disgusting freak show but this is not civilization.  It’s San Francisco.

The mockery also features children, at least one infant bedecked with a crown of “thorns,” participants dressed as randy nuns, other participants receiving “Holy Communion,” carrying upside-down crosses, etc.  It’s all part of the third annual “ ‘Hunky Jesus’ “ gay beauty pageant hosted by San Francisco’s ‘Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,’ a satirical order of transvestite faux nuns who frequently host stage shows and also organize various charity events in the gay community.”

The writer, who indicates he is not even a Christian, makes the very valid point that had the article text been serious, had the exhibition lampooned gays instead of Christians, had the participants been ridiculing homosexuals, it would have been halted, deemed a vile hate crime. and considered to be “bullying, bigotry and oppression of the worst kind.”

However, since ”Hunky Jesus” was merely a free speech demonstration by homosexuals mocking Christians and all they hold sacred, it is acceptable, at least in San Francisco.

The pictures as well as a video and videos of the 2009 and 2010 “pageants” can be viewed here but the reader/viewer is forewarned that they are as repugnant as they are shocking:  http://bit.ly/jfnOEW

America and the Western world are in the throes of a socio-political upheaval that would have been inconceivable even a generation ago and a principal element in that upheaval is the successful campaign for gay rights.

It should not be considered mere coincidence that “Hunky Jesus” was inaugurated in the same year the most “gay friendly” president in the history of the United States was inaugurated.  Obama’s administration is overflowing with homosexuals and his policies have assured gays they have virtual carte blanche to commit atrocities with impunity.

Gays are now a legally-protected species with the mantle of ”hate crime” suspended over the heads of anyone who deigns to disagree with them or objects to their insults and blasphemies.

Homosexuals tell us we should be tolerant.  They lecture us that we should accept gender and social diversity.  They insist we should agree to their demands.  They label us bigots if we aren’t tolerant, accepting, and agreeable.

Who speaks for Christians and the vast majority of Americans who are heterosexuals?  No one.  Nor does  anyone seem able to articulate where these societal  aberrations are leading us.
