A few observations on recent events linked by the participants’ liberal politics:
GAYS: I’ve been much-criticized for articles on homosexual marriage and New York City’s Gay Pride Parade and I would just like to set the record straight. I never meant to imply that gays aren’t people too!
That fact was confirmed by a photo on IOwntheWorld.com. Taken at San Francisco’s 41st annual Gay Pride Parade on the same date as NYC’s festivity, the picture depicts lesbian Sue Bennett hugging her very pregnant domestic partner Elese Lebsack before riding a motorcycle down the streets of San Fran. Now, hugging is good and wholesome for everyone. However, as IOTW.com speculates whether “Queer Spawn,” as emblazoned on Ms. Lebsack’s huge belly, would invite many play dates for her about-to-be-spawned spawn. The question also arises as to whether a very pregnant woman with a brain in her head should be motorcycling anywhere.
Then, again, this was Gomorrah by the Bay where everything gay goes.
DAVID LESTER EPSTEIN: Epstein, formerly of Harvard and Stanford, is the renouned professor of politics and voting rights in the Poli Sci Department at highly-esteemed Columbia University who was accused of exercising an enhanced liberal privilege of seducing and bedding an unidentified, young female relative over a period of 3 years.
More specifically, Epstein was charged with felony incest but beat that rap after it was plea-bargained down to misdemeanor attempted incest on which he was convicted.
Plea bargains are common in the NYC court system and, when the alleged crime involves a distinguished, popular Columbia prof, it’s all but guaranteed, especially when the alleged sex crime merely related to a relative. It could be called the Ozark Defense, a region where some believe as Epstein that ”Incest is best” is a biblical truth.
At least two students commented on the ”Columbia Spectator” website: “Sam: “What really matters is that David Epstein is a fantastic professor, respectful of his students. His private life has nothing to do with his teaching skills. Besides, it seems that the relationship, if true, was with a consensual adult.”
Sam evidently concurs with Prof. Epstein that as long as the seductee is consensual, be it a son, daughter, brother, sister or Fido, it’s all good. Such is the liberal view of human sexuality.
Anonymous took issue with that liberality and revealed the true nature of Epstein’s indiscretions with a student’s insight: ”ew jerk.. thats his daughter. [sic]“ (http://bit.ly/mAeX4Z)
Epstein is still employed at Columbia, the alma mater of Barack Hussein Obama.
ALBERT ARNOLD GORE: Al Gore, affectionately known as AlBore, is a master of liberal indiscretion, and deceit. The former VP emerged from his rathole this week to identify one of the culprits of his manufactured global warming sham: There are just too damned many kids on the planet!
The increasingly-irrelevant Gore, who missed his chance to become president in 2000 but compensated by becoming a billionaire with his convenient lies, was accused last year of groping a massage therapist in Portland, Oregon. As with the most serious charge against Columbia’s Prof. Epstein, that accusation miraculously went away although Tipper dumped him anyway.
Desparate to regain the limelight and his reputation, (and increase his fortune and make people forget his carbon footprint is the equivalent of some villages in developing countries), feels compelled to do something and say anything no matter how inane.
With minimal scientific education and background yet an expert on virtually everything, he’s now hit upon a hardly-innovative scheme, cut back on reproduction.
In a New York speech, Gore said, “One of the things we could do about it is to change the technologies, to put out less of this pollution, to stabilize the population, and one of the principle [sic] ways of doing that is to empower and educate girls and women.” You accomplish that with “ubiquitous availability of fertility management so women can choose how many children [to] have. . . You have to lift child survival rates so that parents feel comfortable having small families.”

No one would argue with the benefits of increasing “child survival rates” although Gore seems to be saying that the more babies that survive, the fewer babies women will want. Gore omitted specifics on how all that empowerment could be accomplished in the Third World and how Third Worlders would survive with 1.9 kids per household aside from Tanzanians, for example, hiring day laborers to till the fields.
Gore would have been better off had he simply fabricated some facts to bolster his argument as he did with his “An Inconvenient Truth.” Other options to increase child survivability rates might be advising lesbians such as Elese Lebsack not to ride motorcycles in gay pride parades and suggesting to Professor David Epstein that having sexual relations with his daughter wasn’t a very good idea.
